Hello! I’m Elise.

Background

My early years were spent between France, Ireland and Spain. After graduating with a Bachelor in Business Administration from ESADE Business School & Fudan University 复旦大学, I kickstarted my career in Shanghai within a mid-size international e-commerce company, creating their omnichannel branch. I then joined RocketInternet in Berlin, driving expansion and operations for a B2C medtech startup, eventually leading me to Malaysia to manage growth strategy with another brand new startup.

After these few years developing innovative business models in the startup ecosystem, I decided to make a switch and joined the boutique consultancy HumanInc, based in Kuala Lumpur. Working with large organisations in banking, insurance, tech, consumer goods and oil & gas, I facilitated innovation projects, developed leaders at all levels, and strengthened future-readiness through workshops, trainings and coaching.

Having witnessed firsthand the highs and lows of both corporate, SMEs and startup environments, I’ve gained a comprehensive understanding of what shapes successful teams and companies. My expertise lies in refining working styles, nurturing leadership, and fostering innovation.

I now offer my consulting services to individuals and organisations seeking to acquire the mindsets and skills of tomorrow by getting away from one- size-fits all approaches and meeting my client’s needs through deeply tailored solutions.
